You and your family will be given the opportunity to elect comprehensive healthcare benefits. Center offers employees a choice between a Standard or a Premier health care package which includes prescription and dental insurance. Center’s current provider is Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
Employees have the option to participate in a voluntary vision program that covers a wide variety of eye health and wellness needs such as eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
Center offers a Health Care Reimbursement Account that allows you to save on qualifying health care expenses for you, your spouse, and your dependents.
The Dependent Care Reimbursement Account is a valuable option designed to help employees pay for qualifying work-related child care, elder care or other dependent care expenses on a pretax basis. Contributions to the Dependent Care Account are made through employees' voluntary pretax payroll deductions, and can be withdrawn for eligible expenses incurred any time during the year.
We are proud to offer participation into a 401(k) Retirement/Savings program. Center offers employees the opportunity to participant in both a pre-tax and after tax savings retirement plan with a wide range of investment options. Center currently matches 50% of the first 6% of employee contributions.
Center provides you with paid time off for vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. We offer 9 paid holidays per calendar year.
