Resistance and Projection Welding

Customizing to control costs.

We customize our resistance weld stations for each application based on the needs of the project. Typical applications include the welding of weld nuts, weld studs, or other fasteners. These cells are computer-controlled to assure consistent quality and to meet production demands.

Some special applications require us to integrate both resistance and projection weld capability into the same cell. This application is a good example of how we customize to reduce costs.
