Metal Stamping

Providing choice to meet needs.

Our customers require metal-stamped components as part of their complex welded assemblies to provide a vehicle to attach sub-assemblies. We produce these metal-stamped components with a variety of stamping die types, including hands-in type, progressive, or transfer. The stamping die type depends on the complexity of the part and the best way to assure consistency and quality. Once we have selected and produced a stamping die approach, we offer a variety of stamping press capacities to support the production of these stamped components, from 110 ton to 1,000 ton straight-side, GAP, or OBI presses.

Metal Stamping Die

Keeping things running right.

We perform regular maintenance on our tools and equipment to assure a consistent product flow from our facilities to our customers. We employ fifteen to twenty tool & die and maintenance personnel on two shifts to support this portion of our operations.
