Project Management & Engineering

Combining resources for better outcomes.

Our project engineers oversee all phases of each new product launch via a four-phased APQP process as outlined in TS-16949. Their main task is to translate the customer product drawings in CAD, specifications, GD&T requirements, and program milestones into a manufacturing plan that coordinates all functional groups to implement a cost-effective and efficient lean manufacturing process to achieve the product and program goals.

The activities, typically, include feasibility reviews through CAD layouts, component die line-ups, design and construct weld equipment, special machines, check fixtures both component and assembly, and ensuring the launch requirements as outlined in each phase of the APQP process are delivered on time and within budget.

Our weld engineers work closely with equipment manufacturers and internal maintenance personnel to ensure the integrity, accuracy, flexibility, and speed of all welding processes to consistently meet the customer's specifications. To assure solid weld integrity, we utilize a cut-n-etch technique to verify weld penetration to customer specifications.

Our quality engineers design and maintain procedures in every operation to monitor, continuously improve, and maximize the delivery of defect-free products to the customers.
